Why I built this community?
Hey, this is Utkarsh.
I’m a career strategist, writer, trainer, and LinkedIn Top Voice. Before this, I worked in management consulting and tech, leading multi-million dollar projects in my mid-20s. Life was good—six-figure salary, a great team, and I was about to buy my first apartment in Sydney.
But something really bugged me. Every day on LinkedIn, I’d receive tons of messages from job seekers looking to build a career in Australia.
I remember after my post-grad, I struggled for 8 months to land a job in Canberra. But it wasn’t just me—everyone around me was stuck as well.
